Undergraduate research assistants engage in cutting edge research related to sexism, racism, and mental health. With no research experience needed, research assistants will have the opportunity to advance their skills in academia by writing literature reviews, conducting interviews, coding, drafting manuscripts, and presenting at conferences. Class credit can be issued to compensate your time.

As a team studying the experiences of Black girls, it is essential to include their voices in our work and efforts. It is even more important to teach Black girls skills they can use in college, at work, and in community organizations. We are looking for Black girls interested in understanding issues related to sexism, racism, and mental health. Experience is not needed at all and we encourage all Black girls who are interested to reach out and we will teach you all the skills you need to know!
